The positive post on my atomic clone started spinning every time I tighten down the screws. This never happened before and Ive had it a few months. I've had to secure the post with pliers just to complete each build. Is a spinning post dangerous? And more important, anyone know of any way to fix it?

thanks

I don't know, but I assume that the post screws into a plastic (delrin or something like that) insulator. So if you can remove the post you could possibly use some glue to fix it. This has many toxicity issues and is not advised. Getting a new insulator is the only safe option IMO, but it should be safe enough even though it's a pain as is. I take it you aren't getting fluctuations when you test the resistance? Give it a wiggle just to be sure that it isn't loose too.
