Not sure about the tanks, but the little characters are drip tips. I don't see a ECF registered supplier who has them with a quick search, so I can't link to them, but google "cartoon drip tips" and you'll find them.

On the left... Affinity tank, on the right, a fairly generic anodized 'DCT' tank... both from VividSmoke, as indicated in the lower left corner of the image. ;-)

I know stinky canuck up here in good ol canader carries silicone panda drip tips.
You know how it is looking at things for a longer time than usual...you kind of start seeing right past them? Ugh.
... or when you bookmark something so you can find it when you need it -- but can't remember where you stored it? Be there, done that, so have most!
