Help with taste?

Hey guys, so i have been doing DIY for about a month now and my friends I have made juice for tell me its pretty good, but to me, I just cant seem to nail the flavor. Cheesecake is one of my favorite vapes and when i make it my friend says its really good and tastes like it, but i do not notice. So much so that i cant even vape my own liquid, I have to continue to buy from mechsauce or mittens because even though their juice is cheap, its on point in my opinion.

Anyway to make flavor better? Or is it all related to the flavoring that you buy? size of bottle you make?

Fair point, Cheesecake and strawberry flavoring. 30ml bottles, 0 nic. 80/20. the flavors are pg based. When i buy from the shops i buy max vg. I have played around with more strawberry less cake and the other way around. My buddies like it at 4ml cheesecake and 2ml strawberry, 24ml VG. to me, it tastes like faint cheesecake. Like its there, but its just, meh. I want it to be in your face, like when youtubers review ejuice and there like OMGGGGG ITS SOOOO GOOD! That kind of thing. lol. Anymore information you need, just ask.

What I keep recommending to gst started with DIY is try cutting a commercial mix with unflavored DIY. You shouldn't need 20% flavoring. A brother of mine cuts his commercial liquid 33/66. I've had success at 25/75. May be there is a stand alone cheesecake flavoring that's good.

To make satisfactory juice it takes time , patience and lots of trial and error . Your question is one i see constantly all over the web and it's always "my juice just isn't that good compared to store bought" .

Until i found really good and proven recipes i couldn't make a good juice either , search out best "cheesecake" e juice recipes and you will eventually hit one that works.

Small adjustments in percentages can make a noticeable difference , on "Reddit" i see people post recipes and they ask the experts to look it over .

They will say drop down to 1.5 % of this flavor instead of 3% like you have now and use 6% of this flavor instead of 4.5 % and now that recipe should be much better .

Little tweaks make a difference
