Help with the indulgence

Hi - I'm the newbie. Got an Indulgence but can't get it to work. Tried it on passthrough and at first it did nothing. Unscrewed everything and tried it again and it was OK. Left it for half an hour and it had stopped again. Unscrewed and tried again and it was OK. Tried it on a different PC and it didn't work. It then wouldn't work at all on either computer on passthrough or battery.

Contacted Eastmall and they said they would send a replacement. That was a week ago but I don't know if they have actually shipped it or not. They haven't responded to any emails asking for a status update.

Any suggestions?

have you contacted Customer service---

this is the correct place you should be talking to --


and passthru works best with a self powered hub,

it is a risk to the health of your computer to plug it into there.

and many PC do not give enough ooooomph - to run passthru
:)

I find that very hard to accept,

he answers all emails that come to him, and some immediately they arrive,

but most certainly within 24 hours of the arrival to his mail box.

Sorry I haven't replied yet - been at my brother's wedding! I have PMed mudmanc4 further information. Thanks to everyone for your help - I'm not complaining - just trying to find out where things are at.
