I was wondering if the white button light should stay on while it's charging. White button light as well as the red light on the charger is lit as well

Normal for the Vision batts. Put it on the charger and it goes off for a bit then comes back on. When it goes out, the batt is charged.
Nothing to worry about, like Kent said, it is normal. If you sit and watch you may catch it flashing several times, then go out. When the red light turns green on the charger, it is done. Not sure why Vision did that, made me wonder the first time I charged my Spinner. Spinners are a great battery, at least I think so, mine is my travel battery, I think I will always have one for on the go.

Mine tend to have the white button light for a good portion of the charge cycle. It will eventually go out, but before the charger turns green. And then flash like crazy when removing from the charger
