Sorry, I dont know how to quote on this. I'm using whatever tank comes with the basic evod. All I know is it has a bottom coil and the istick says the coil is about 2 ohm. It's definitely better than the evod. I just wish I could use it to its full potential without paying loads for the new tank.

You've lost me now. Usually an evod clearomiser comes with an evod battery. The name evod was first used for the clearomiser, but that's just how many of us remember it.

The iStick 20w is a crazy little box mod and will often burn basic tanks even on the lowest setting.

You could try an Aspire K1, but the amount of liquid is a bit too little for many people.

Aspire K1 Glassomiser - Clearomizers

You could try an ET-S, but my experiments using ET-S and BVC coils was a bit hit and miss.

Aspire ET-S BDC Glass Version - Clearomizers

I would not suggest any Kanger tanks like early model Protanks or mini Protank and stay well clear of things like evod 2 or evod glass... a freshly charged iStick will possibly fry those coils much too soon.

If you find later down the road your tank isn't everything you were hoping for look I to a Kanger subtank nano my buddy got one for use with his I-Stick and really loves it. I have the Sub-tank mini and run it on my Sigelei 150 watt box mod and can't say enough good about it, I love it for an all day vape rig.

Thanks for all the help, I got the eleaf istick 20w with the kangertech mini protank 3 and I absolutely love it. Thank you all for all your advice. I love this forum.

Um... one small problem.

I'll let you find out.... :)

Good luck....

Yeah. I found that problem. Liquid went everywhere. I took it back, and purchased a aspire k1 I think it was called. Works like a dream.

You know, I hate to sound patronising, but they should never have sold you a mini Protank for an iStick. The iStick will fry the atomizers pretty soon unless you have the 2.5ohm ones.

The lowest setting on the iStick is 3.0v volts, but we all know that it actually gives 4.0v.

4.0v with a 1.8ohm Protank coil and you are right on the edge of burn-out.

I don't know much about leaking. If it leaked and they gave you a credit, say nothing and be happy! :)

Aspire ET-S
Hands down the absolute best clearos on the market. I still have a couple that I use regularly. Best of all, they can be had for about 5-6 bucks USD.

Interesting. I use a Nautilus Mini with 1.8ohm coils and an E-leaf GS-Air with 1.6 ohm coils on my iStick 20w. Both work perfectly.
