This is the LED i have 100mW Foward current 30mA Reverse current 10uA (0.05V) Foward voltage 2.8V Reverse voltage 5V. 2.0V (Red) 2.1V (green) Peak wave length 635nm (red) 565nm (green) I made a charger for my cell phone batterys, I want to hook up the LED so that it is green when charging and red when battery is full. Charge puts out 7.9V under load and 10.2V with no load. Any one out there that can help. I am using two cell phone batterys at 7.4V .
