I had ordered some atomizers and tank and received a letter that my goods had been sent to investigation unit at Hsa. I am suppose to call the office within 14 days . I am thinking of ignoring the letter but am worried that they will come my house . Does anyone has similar experience and please advise what should I do?thanks alot

Hi and welcome to ECF, Devilrer. My advice to you is to forget about the items you ordered and just get on with life. They won't come knocking on your door, as they have better things to do. Having said that, hope you enjoy your stay in ECF.

P.S: My question is this. Did you order anything that looks remotely like an analog? Like those analog-lookalikes?

I used to have this problem when I purchased airsoft gear from out of country vendors: Generally, Customs would spend a few days rooting around in my belongings before simply sending them along. (After the obligatory angry letters, of course.) Personally, I would respond depending on the investment involved. (Cheap purchase = ignore, Not-So-Cheap = raise a stink) Remember, you are operating within the law and assuming you did not include some "magic mushrooms" on your order have a right to expect your items to be delivered to you free of government abuse/intervention.

But may just be me... best of luck to you and welcome to ECF! :)

Hi Devilrer and welcome to ECF. So sorry about your troubles. After 5 posts wait 1 hour and you will be able to post in the Singapore Vapers Forum where you can be advised as to ordering gear and the legalities surrounding that issue in Singapore. After 15 posts you will be allowed to send/ receive pms.
SG Vapers
Good Luck, Vapoor.

Hi devilrer, i'm afraid you won't be able to get it back. This is Singapore so ya. However, we are interested in what u have ordered and from where.
In any case, welcome to the vaping family and ECF.
Please hop over to sg-vapers once u get 5 post. Say hi to other new members and give a intro of urself to get it easy ;)
Meanwhile, u can open ur eyes big big and see if anything here can get u what u need.
Also as a reminder, this forum is under public watchful eyes so think b4 u post. Certain questions can only be answered via pm as well. Just remember, this IS Singapore. (ECF isn't of cuz lol).
Welcome again to ECF.
Hope u enjoy ur stay.
Vape on :)

edit- i forgot to add that just ignore the letter and don't bother going to hsa to collect ur items. they will be destroyed via incineration after 14days. they shouldn't come up to ur place but however, watch what u order and from where the next time. =)
