I am new to this forum but can anyone tell me if the some ejuice burns out your mini viva nova atomizers out or do i just keep getting bad atomizers? I have order two dct tanks and two mini nova and the dct tanks i cant even suck anything out of them . The juice i am using is 60/40. I am getting so frustrated. I put some cranberry and lemon lime mix and it kept getting a burning tatse in the mini nova and i have changed heads like three times. I just want a good tank with good vaping UUUGGGHHH !!!!!! Hi Burgie, and welcome to ECF! Did you give the juice time to seep into the wicks? I usually let the wicks suck up juice for at least a few minutes before starting vaping on a new head.
This might seem like a no brainer, but did you try the juice in a regular atomizer? That might tell you if you just have a weird tasting juice as opposed to bad heads.

What OHM heads are you using on the novas? I use either 2.4 or 2.8 ohm in my novas with sweet flavors. Also, are you "tipping" the novas every few vapes? They are top coil/wick and will give dry hits if you don't tip them sideways to rewet the wick.
I let new DCTs sit for at least 15 minutes so the cartomizer can distribute the liquid evenly.

Also what are you using them on. It sound possible that your voltage is just way too high for the ViVi's resistance. I expected to run my 2ohm ViVi at at least 4 volts but for some reason it works much better at 3.5, sometimes at 3.7.

As for the the DCT, did you also fill the inside of the actual carto the first time you used it, in addition to the tank? And being you're using 60/40 juice, I'd probably suggest that the cartos have two holes instead of one. I'd also probably suggest a single coil carto and not a dual coil.
