I recently received a Hoosier e-cig as a gift. While I do want to switch to vaping, this looks like I am sucking on a large magic marker! My friend got this cuz she said it's the only kind with 'real' menthol..(not that minty stuff). Does anyone out there know of a type/brand that looks, feels, handles more like a cigarette ? And can I use juice from anywhere ? Or please maybe buy cartridges & not deal with the juice at all ? As you can tell I am totally overwhelmed and confused...only know what I don't want ! Lol so if anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated..

Hi I am new as well. I quit within the 2nd day of recieving a vision spinner. And that was the closest to look and feel of a cig that I know of. its been 3 weeks and I have found mtbaketvapor to be my go to for the juice. I think it is the best option (the e juice) to quit because it has the levels of nicotine I am used to. I havent even thought of a cig in three weeks, and I feel a whole lot better with much added benefits. At first it was kind of akward but now I live it!

Using an e-cig to quit smoking requires some concessions to be made. You will not get a "cigarette experience" with a cigarette-sized battery. They are just not powerful enough nor will they last long enough. To get satisfactory performance from a battery you'll need to step up in size to at least an eGo class battery (cigar size).

If you are really serious about stop smoking, you'll need to decide which is more important: How the device looks or how it performs.

I totally agree with Baditude. In order to "help" yourself quit the cigs, you're going to have to get over the fact that vaping is a different animal than smoking. If you try to stick with those tiny batteries and crappy pre-filled cartos, you WILL end up frustrated and make it more difficult on yourself than if you just suck it up and deal with a larger battery and better delivery method (refilling tanks) which really is not difficult. "Dealing with juice" is a journey that will lead you to find your favorite(s) and get away from the nasty cigs!
