Okay so im not sure where I should of posted this so if its in the wrong place will one of the mods here help me out.

So I just got my serve card issued by american express in the mail and I went to place my first order on fasttech and its not letti g me it says the bank who issued the card declined the transaction or somthing along those lines. I dont under stand this because I called the serve customer service and they said I could use it internationaly and fastech excepts american express and amex so I dont understand.

Does anyone here use a serve card on fast tech and If so how do I get it to work.

The one thing I did notice was where it says to enter the 16 digit number of front of card my serve card on has 15 digits on it...

Never heard of a card with only 16 numbers on it crappy deal I bet that is the problem right there

It sucks bc the card works everywhere else I dont get why fastech isnt excepting it. Im going to have to write them a email and hope they get back to me. I could have sworn I heard of people using serve or bluebird cards to order off fasttech on here before

Give it a try through paypal as a guest and using the card as payment method.

Dont feel bad. I also have (had) a Serve card. I couldnt find one single place online or off I could use it at. I just cut it up and threw it away. Its useless.
