For the most part, I know nothing of wattage and ohms.

I run an AR mod with a Kennedy rda, earlier today I was cleaning my coils by heating, then dipping in water for about half a second. My mod refuses to fire now, I've taken apart the entire thing and put it back together. I've tried a different battery, different rda, different mod, even tried putting my Kennedy on an Apollo. Still no luck. I have used this same setup for a year, can someone help?

I wouldn't advise actually dipping the atty in water, rather holding the coil sideways into a very light stream of running tap water for 1 second.

In either case it is obviously important not to get too much water in the atty, and really you shouldn't get any water at all in the Mod.

That said if you have taken both the AR Mod and the Kennedy RDA apart and removed any water, then I can't see why it will not fire.

What's the atty now reading on the ohms meter?

Perhaps the coil has moved and you're no longer getting a good connection, or even getting a short.

Or perhaps you have some water in the AR Mod?

So are you saying the Kennedy will not fire on your other mods and other RDA's will not fire on you AR Mod?

I do notice that you say you are unfamiliar with Ohms law, so I have to ask if you should really be using the AR Mod which I believe is a Mech Mod, or the Apollo which is the Mech with a Hybrid top cap.

I'd advise you to consider learning a little more about ohms law, get a good ohms meter and use it.

Unfortunately I'm clinched for money right now. My Kennedy fired once on my friends competition mod (not sure about the name) and ceased firing, now reads "No atomizer" I tested another RDA from my K-100 which I got about a year ago, it fired, he rebuilt it, and now it won't fire anymore.
I guess I'm saying I've tried the AR mod with other addys and I've tried the Kennedy with other mods, all come up not working in the long run. A shop might be my best bet.
