I'm fairly new to vaping (3 months) and have run across a trick with my Herakles Hydra tank that I kind of like but I thought I'd run it past the group to see if it's a normal thing.
Here's my setup - a Herakles Hydra tank with stock 0.2 coils running in TC mode on an Evic Mini VTC. I love this little tank so far - I don't mind the 2ml capacity since I like to change up flavors often and I REALLY love the top-fill capability.
Here's the deal...I'll fill up the tank and start vaping away no problem. But after a while when I feel like it, I'll crack the top of the tank open a few twists and watch the air bubbles start coming out from around the atomizer...like I'm breaking the vacuum and letting in more juice. Then I'll seal the top back up and take a drag. This gives me a real strong "hot hit" - tons of flavor (like the few drippers I've tried) but also very hot...I can usually only take about half the drag I usually do. This will last for a few puffs and then it's back to nice, normal, cool vaping.
It's not a bad thing...I kind of like it to get a very warm, extra-flavorful hit...but I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this with the Hydra or other tanks.
