Here is a bottom button mod I banged out today pretty easy.

It's tensioned with ball bearings through holes in the side of the tube and wrapped in shrink tubing. It's a nice and simple 14500 mod. I already have a lock (so it won't accidentally fire) designed for the bottom, but ran out of time today. Oh, and the center pin is adjustable

A smaller brass washer
2 - 4-40 brass nuts
1 - small fiber washer
Plumbers epoxy
1 - 4-40 nylon nut
1/2" schedule 40 copper pipe
1/2" copper repair coupling
Lead free Solder
Good flux
510 connector
1 - 4-40 screw for the center post

Spork, I don't quite get how the switch works, how does the return action happen? I'm curious about the ball bearing size too. A spray bottle valve has a pretty small one inside, but a HDD spindle bearing has some around the 1mm diameter size. It escapes me now, but something has clusters of really small ball bearings in it too, not used for sliding.

Ok... so I have a homemade dual 14500 VV box mod I made, and was thinking of others to make (I've got lots of spare parts) with stuff I've got laying around. With a simple bolt (basically) like this, does the voltage change as the batteries lose charge?
