Here is another dumb question from the newbie on mixing pre-mixed liquids...

I bought a double chocolate and an orange cream to mix together to get the flavor of a chocolate orange! Both liquids are 18 mg in strength for the nicotine. Will mixing these up the nicotine to 36 mg? Like I said, dumb question from the newbie!
