Here is how to place the tip on the Vision Extemes after filling.

Sometimes after filling putting the tip back on can force juice down into the cup due to the air-tightness of the design.

All I do when this happens is after just getting the tip started in the tube is to squeeze the tube at the top a little. This temporarily makes the tube slightly oval breaking the air lock. Works like a charm.

It doesn't sound like it will make a big difference, but it does.

Just by getting that tube ever so slightly 'out of round' you get enough of an air passage to prevent the ol tube-gurgle...

I tried this, still had air bubble, maybe I'm doing it wrong, does it work on the 1.5 ml?

Need to squeeze right at the silicone plug on the bottom of the whistle tip. If it's stubborn, kind of squeeze in pulses as you push the tip in. Haven't tried it on the 1.5's but it should work.
