Here to start smoking again, for fun.

Hello,
im just a dude from germany who would like to start smoking again.
Last year i made the jump from a pack cig's per day to 0. Even tho im absolutly fine with the discicion and dont look back, i still liked the feeling of smoking.
I had smth to do when i was bored, i played pc, hanging out with other ppl. To be honest, the ppl who stay inside in school because they dont smoke, are just not ppl for me

So i wanna go out and smoke again. You probably noticed, im absolutly new, totaly lost after some hours trying to figure out what the hell is going on in the vaping scene. Well, while i still missed the feeling, i didnt even think about e-cigs or even starting again to smoke, but there was a video of a dude making clouds big and dense like the clouds in the sky, aaaand id like to do that. Combined with nice flavour and no nicotin, damn, it sounds awesome to me!

But i need help, really... i have no idea where to start, id like to have big dense vaporclouds, nice taste, thats it.
Could anyone help me with a nice setup that could provide that? I would spend like 100€-150€ the less the better but what ever.
Where to buy, what to buy... hell i really feel very lost.

Forget about smoking because vaping with good vape gear and tasty liquid is much much better!

You are gonna need a good atomizer, regulated battery mod some kanthal and cotton.

They have got koh gen do cotton, kanthal a1, i recommend around 0,35mm diameter, you can get a solid dripper like vulcan, origen v2 or hobo. For regulated battery you cant go wrong with hana mini 35W or even better cloupor mini 30W. Thats really all you need apart from some experiences with building coils. Check youtube for tutorials on coiling on different atomizers. Principle is the same on all of them.

Knute, i tryd to watch some videos, but hell... there are some videos going up to 40 min talking about one and the same device and at the end, i didnt understand a single thing!
Thought there might be a 100€ budget type for my needs somewhere around, but i guess i have to look a bit more about this stuff.

First off welcome to the vapor family secondly there are things you will need to get for the safety aspects of cloud chasing one being an Ohm reader they are around 11.00 dollars for one made by E-leaf this is crucial because you want to make sure that the coils you make don't create to low of an amperage load for the device you will be using for your power source. You will need to download an Ohm's law calculator to your smart-phone, tablet, or computer these re generally a free app and will help you determine if your build is safe for your battery on a mechanical device or the chip-set in your regulated devices. A good cloud chasing atty to start with would be a Tobh version 2.5 they are easy to build and can be had rather inexpensively a quality clone can be had for around 20.00 - 30.00 US dollars then you will have to decide for yourself what kind of power source you want to use usually mechanical mods are cheaper and quality clones can be had for around 35.00 -60.00 US dollars depending where you purchase from. I personally use copper mechanical mods because they have less voltage drop than stainless mods and just hit harder due to the fact that the voltage is closer to the actual voltage in the battery. For regulated mods for a good starting point you could go with a 50 watt box mod like a Sigelei or IPV2 from pioneer 4 you and this will let you get your feet wet but if you don't want to have to continuously upgrade the Sigelei 100 watt plus is a great device I own it and the Sigelei 150 watt and both are solid units and will accommodate your needs quite well and they have battery protection built in but you are looking at 120.00 to 160.00 US dollars for these and that doesn't include the batteries or charger they require 2 high drain Efest 35a 18650 style batteries which can run 20.00 to 30.00 bdollars a pair and a smart charger for around 20.00 -25.00 for a good one either way you go you will need the 2 high drains and a smart charger whether you go mechanical or regulated mods because I imagine you will be dabbling in the sub-ohm realms and that produces higher amperage loads and if you don't have the right batteries catastrophic failure of the device and personal injury are almost guaranteed. I don't know the exchange rate from US dollars but if you go mechanical mod a copper stingray clone, a Tobh v2.5 clone, the batteries, charger, Ohm reader and some 26 gauge Kanthal wire should be right around 135.00 US dollars give or take and this would be a good starter for cloud chasing rig then if you get into hard core look into a dark horse RDA and a Sigelei 150watt and rock out but either way you go make sure you learn the safety limits of your devices and build within those limits good luck.

OK! Thanks for explaining! I do not consider vaping the same as smoking. Typically here on ECF we try to make a distinction between vaping and smoking.
