Ive smoked almost 12 years, but promised my fiancee Id be smoke free by our wedding. I was having a hard time with the gums, patches etc but recently found out about ecigs from a guy at the bar. He had Blu's but luckily I found this forum and was steered in the right direction. I made my first order last thursday and the package showed up today. I am amazed at these little sticks. So long foul smoke stench, freezing outside and complainers! Thanks to this forum for all the info.

P.S. First lesson Ive learned so far is that even though I smoked 1.5 pack/day, 24mg is potent stuff. Feel like im behind the liquor store after school again lol

I'm pretty much right there with you.. except, it's not the cold I'm avoiding.. it's roasting in the sun haha.

I still haven't managed to quit analogs completely, but I am down to less than 5 per day, most days I only have 1 or 2 (usually always have one in the am with my coffee). I guess it doesn't help to have other smokers around me all the time, but I think 1-5 a day down from 2+ packs a day is a great start.

Best thing I can say is to keep at it. My wife is much happier now that I've cut down so much, and very soon I'll cut analogs out for good.

Hi JFS,
I am on day no.10, no analogs at all and I've smoked for over 25 years w/o any brake. Yes, you must control nicotine intake. I had to cut all my 18mg ejuices in half, but even this is a bit too much, as I vape a lot. It should taper off with time, but now I am really enjoying all different flavours and still trying to find the ones I like. Good luck to you, you will be analog free soon!
