I started vaping back in November, and had mentioned it to the CEO of the company I work for. He thought it was a great idea.
The week before Christmas he saw me heading for my car and said "I thought you quit smoking?" I explained I was heading out to use my e-cig. He was a little surprised that I would go outside to do that. When I came back in I had a longer discussion with him, and explained how, without a specific policy related to using them in the office, I continued treating it like smoking.
I have been converting others to vaping in the office, and taught one how to stealth vape. I have also converted another as well.
So today I asked if he had given any more thought to our conversation. He expressed a concern about the legality of it indoors. I told him I would get him a copy of the law. Then he expressed concern over the safety of it.
I went to my desk, and immediatley headed toward the casaa site, and printing information off. His concerns were more than satisfied.. I even gathered up equipment from the others, and showed him the different types since he thought it would look to much like a real cigarette. Even with the little 510 on the table he was in favor of permitting use in the office, but had to check with our parent company.
He said we will have a definite answer by next week....
So the fact that we have gotten this far would not have been possible without the information posted by so many here. Thank you all. I will let you know how it turns out.
