Make that 4 Employees Converted

Today marks my 4th employee converting to vaping. I encourage vaping at the office and that alone sparked enough interest to get 4 of my employees to try vaping and all 4 are done with smokes. I had to post this because the 4th was the hardest but his vape mail arrived today at the office, just schooled him on how it all works, loaded him up with juice and he is off an running.

I take it that you are management? If so, you are awesome for letting your employees vape in the office. My company does not have a policy on vaping. It is left up to the manager's discretion at each center. I've been letting our clients vape in their offices as long as it stays in their room. I figure that as long as no clients go running to upper managment regarding vaping, there will never be a policy in place and I can vape in mine without a problem. Well, until the vape ban is officially in effect in NYC anyway, but even then it can't be enforced. There is no smell and no lingering cloud, so I'm not sure how they intend to enforce anything.

That's awesome man thank you. That is the first time I have ever been called that but I will take it. I'm a huge believer in vaping. It got me off a pack a day habbit and if I can help someone else who helps someone else then I'm good to go. I can see a big difference in the other 3 that I already converted. They have more energy, they look better, have more confidence, smell better haha.

That's great! The owners of my company were pretty happy to hear that I've quit smoking, and they know I vape, but the message was pretty clear to keep it on the down low if I am vaping in the office. Also, to have any clients of mine who are vaping to keep it on the down low too. I've converted a couple of clients by going outside with some clients as they're smoking cigarettes, and I've been working on my IT director. He got a Spinner and a couple of T3s's, but he's still half smoking and half vaping. One client of mine was already vaping.

Wow thank you very much. My employees are like family and I truely feel getting them off somkes is the best thing I could do for them. I am giving 8 ego kits to various family members and friends for Christmas this year too. Giving the gift of better health is the best we can do.

I have a friend of mine that I turned onto the Itaste vv3. He liked it so much he gave all of his smoking employees iTaste vv3's for christmas....He made them sign a contract though. If he caught them smoking it was $150.00 If he caught them smoking and they lied about it, it was $300.00

He encourages vaping throughout his office place. He says it's great. Productivity has never been better and everyone is happy vaping away inside.

Thanks glasseye. I think we will see more and more businesses permitting vaping at work when they see the difference in their employees.

This is an awesome trend! I teach a college course, and I've found that college students respond similarly as they discovered vaping as an alternative to analogs.
I'm still struggling a bit with the transition myself, particularly during the holiday season. That being said, I haven't regressed in my shift to vaping. For what it's worth, I've found great impetus to avoid tobacco through success results among my students.

Celluloid, what worked for me which I passed on to my employees was a good tobacco flavor juice at 36mg of nicotine. Trust me the last thing you will want is a smoke after vaping that. Then work your way down from there. Me and 3 of the employees are down to 18mg. I made the new guy order 36mg of a natural extract tobacco and we will work him down too.

That's awesome, Muggs!! We've (my fiancé work together) have converted a coworker and his wife. It feels so awesome to give someone such a fun and healthy alternative to smoking analogs. And said coworker already told his daughter that she's next. I love it
