I was disussing the future of e-cig recently with their online help, Yoyo was the name, and found out the following things.
e-cig manufacture a number of their own components including the atomizers. They are aware their atomizers are not as good as other models in the market now and are in the process of employing two engineers to work on the problems and develop new products.
They are opening a branch office in the US very soon and will be providing shipping and customer support from there.
Customer service has also been recently improved, they are aware of their own short comings in that area.
All good news as far as I'm concerned, here's hoping they can up their game and start producing some really top quality products for us. how long that will take is anyones guess, 6 months, a year, who knows.
I'm hoping it's going to be sooner rather than later, must admit I'm getting a bit ...... off with regularly sending back screwed up atomizers, but I look at it from the bright side, regularly I'm getting a brand new e-cig for only the cost of postage to China, and as long as they continue to honour their 3 year guarantee, that's going to continue ... suits me. Sure I don't have the latest greatest you beaut fill the room with mist model, but I'll bet my total investment in equipment is substantially lower than some out there as are my running costs ... 5 carts for US$ 2.35 plus shipping and njoy's are $5 bucks each ! c'mon here, who cares if their juice screws up atomizers, if it does I just send it back and get a new one.
