Hi all,
I am seriously glad to find ECF and this great community of healthy folks. I recently completed and order with smartvapes.com. Received my confirmation - paid the 6 dollars for 2 day shipping, and 8 days later nothing. I have emailed 2 or 3 times. Tried the contact us email. Nothing. Anyone else have issues with smartvapes.com shipping and deals? Are not ALL online vendors REQUIRED to have their telephone numbers on their sites? Seems a bit shady? ANy advice or tribal knowledge would be appreciated.

I think Smartvapes are a registered supplier here. It sounds like your emails aren't getting through or something else is happening. You should try sending a PM to Shinypaladin here as he appears to be associated with them.

If you pay extra for shipping it should happen, and if there's a problem with stock then you should have received an email or other notification (did you check your spam folder?). I hope you get it all sorted out.

As to the phone number -- I have read in the ECF rules that phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses are to be on Registered Vendors Sites. That doesn't apply to all on-line companies nor all e-cig vendors.

Many e-cig vendors utilize USPS tracking and that helps the "worry". I know little about Smartvapes, but did read that they recently posted on FB that they were behind in getting out orders.

Hoping the mailperson is good to you today. :)
