hey ! and first let me say great forum :p
im dave 33 from swindon uk , i have started kinda vaping this week , now im using the intellicig brand and have to say they are fantastic !
i have searched for this over the last few days but cant find the answer so had to post it .
my question is this ....
im going to try quit with ecigs but think il find it hard just to stop cold turkey , so is it safe to smoke and use the ecig at the same time ??? i have heard the nicotine is absorbed in the body slowly using ecigs so i did not want to well od on vitamin n lol as for all the vg reactions i find it hard to think its that bad as its in most if not all uk on the shelf meds like beechams cold and flu liquid etc but is their any info written for reactions on vg ? thanks everyone and again fantastric forum

Welcome dave!! I don't think there's anything to be concerned about if you don't fully make the switch from smoking to vaping right off the get go. A lot of people have just cut down a good deal but still smoke a few cigarettes daily. You'll likely find your body is good at telling you when you've had enough vitamin n and certainly when it's craving more. Can't say about VG issues - nor on PG - though I do get the feeling that complications may be attributed to either ingredient unwarranted at times. Cheers, and happy vaping!
