I'm a tried and true 510 Vaporhead. Would like to upgrade to the Ego or Tornado so need some advice. Please explain to me like a newbie what I need to get besides just the battery. I have all the 510 stuff - chargers, attys, PCC, etc.

Will the tornado or ego fit in my 510 PCC?
Is there an adaptor for this that I can get?
So I'm a bit dim, the 510 attys do fit the EGo/torna right?
I saw on Healthcabin that they have Joye Ego for $20, is that a good buy?
Is there a difference between the Joye and Janty Ego?
Is there a reason to upgrade besides improved battery life?

I feel like I'm starting all over and have to take it right where it hurts, in the wallet.

Any other thoughts, I would be most grateful.

Thanks friend.

No they will not fit.

You wont need one the 2 batteries will last all day.

Yes they will fit fine same unit.

That is a good deal for the battery. You should order at lest 2 batteries, the cone, and fast charger dont use your 510 charger for the Ego batteries. I do love Heathcabin also Wordupecigs has a deal now with 30ml juice of your choice and free shipping may be cheaper for you. JANTY EGO E-cig

No difference.

I find the taste is better along with a better hit and vapor production and I do love not having to deal with the batteries all the time.

No difference.

Technically the two batteries are the same. The only difference may be the warranty you'll receive with the battery. The warranty Janty offers with their products is usually longer than what others will offer so be sure to consider that when making your purchase.

Battery life will see a major improvement, and the eGo is a higher voltage from what I've been lead to believe, meaning better overall experience. Just don't forget a charger, since the 510 charger will not work without the appropriate adapter.

Actually, no the ego run the same 3.0 to 3.2 volts as a regular 510.
That being said it's still a good unit, wish it was around when I started looking.

The Ego has a battery life anywhere between 6-10 hours, depending on your vaping style. All of the 510 atties and carts will fit the Ego. When you order your kit, it will come with a Ego charger and a cone that fits overtop of the atty, giving it more flavor and warmer vapor than a regular 510.

GREAT little units and I LOVE mine. :)

I absolutely love mine. I bought the TW tornado kit just because TW gives you two attys compared to janty's one. The tornado and the eGo are identical and to my knowledge the only thing that wont fit with 501 accessories are the chargers but you can get an adapter for a whole 3.99. I vape a lot and only use one battery a day. Usually last me about 15 hours.

I've been using the 510smoking everywhere brand for about two months before the batteries started driving me crazy having to charge them every hour. I smoked about a pack a day, I ordered a EGO and its amazing. If I wake up and use a fresh battery it lasts untill the next morning and hits alot better. You dont really need a PCC case with the ego's battery life, just go to your cvs, walgreens etc and pickup one of those reading eyeclass cases fits two batteries and six carts.
