Hey, i'm new in this forum. I have been smoking for 6 years right now. I started at 13 and i know it was wrong of me but i was influence by the bad company. Now to think of it in future i wouldn't want to smoke when i have a wife as i and my girlfriend are already together for 3 years and she absolutely hate the smell.

So i learnt something call e-cigg from a friend. But know that it's banned in singapore so i'm trying to find someone on the forum to help me out to quit smoking

I wish I was looking for solutions to quit when I was 19, good on ya.

if you cant get ecig you may want to try snus

When you say snus. May i know what does it mean ?

I'm rather new the ecig so i'm not so sure about this stuff.
