Hey everyone! Since newbies have to post 5 times in the newbie forum I figured I'd start out by saying "Hi!" I've recently just switched over to smoking ecigs and have been going strong. I haven't smoked an analog in a few days, but while I still get the urge to smoke one, I just vape instead. I tried smoking one a few days ago but it tasted awful and I couldn't even finish it.

Since I've made the switch I've been trying to absorb as much information as I can by reading posts on here and watching YouTube videos. I kind of want to start a YouTube channel to give reviews as someone new to vaping since most of the people on there have been vaping for years.

I'm currently equipped with 2 ego ctwist 1000mAh batteries! Each with its own 5ml u-dct cartomizer and drip tip. I did buy them at a local ecig retailer that has rebranded everything and jacked the prices up so I probably paid a little more than I should have. But now that I've made that mistake, the only money they'll see from me now is for ejuice emergencies.

If anyone has any advice/tips/tricks please let me know.

Thanks!!!!

Hi SaintEvo..
You're off to a great start with two batteries and having tried an analog after vaping. I think the youtube idea sounds fun considering you're so new to vaping and have no experience. Just reflecting on your first experience and showing your set up might help some smokers quit and turn to vaping.
Blessings and Joy on your journey,
Bliss

sounds like your doing well on your own with your research. most would come here first and ask the basic questions, then decide how they are gonna start. so congrats on that and welcome aboard.

as far as youtube, becareful with reviewers as their review is their personal experience. same sort of goes with the forums. what is highly regarded or hated might not hold true to you. There is a large group of provari enthusiast, and you will see that device is highly recommended often. Pesonally I do like the concept behind it when it came out on the market, and the durability they have. However a provari isn't for me, and my vaping style until they change the way it works.(there is a rumor out that has my interest peaked on the provari, if it gets done the way I hope i will own one).

good look on your journey.

This is completely my newbie opinions so take them for what they a worth. I have been analog free for 32 days and 13 hours, not that I'm counting. The c-twist is the same thing that I started with and a vivi nova. I bought a Lavatube v2.5 on cyber Monday and shortly after I got it is when I kicked cigs completely. To me, the Lavatube and the Tube Tank or carto tank that comes with the stater kit are leaps and bounds better that the c-twist and the vivi nova I was using. I buy my juice from Sunshinevapors.com and love it. Don't get to much to fast like I have been doing, I love the Lavatube, but the Mech and the RDA I recently purchased are so so. I think I need a juice more suited to dripping. My carto juice is a 50/50 18 mg blend and the juice I made for dripping is 30 pg / 70 vg 10 mg blend but it doesn't taste so good, I think I need to get a better flavor.

Welcome to ECF, and it sounds like you are doing great. Congrats on your kit, it is along the lines of what many of us recommend to start with. Don't worry too much about paying a little more, at least you have a good start and if you can resist the urge to buy everything that comes along you will recoup the cost.

You do have the B&M there for emergency and since they sold you the kit they should be able to offer some assistance if needed.

You can also use this great resource, members will answers questions and point you to some good deals when the time comes.
