Welcome! I can't help you with a vape shop but its nice to make your acquaintance. I am also quite new, both to vaping, and the the forum. I have found the people here to be quite helpful and respectful. I am sure someone will know where the spot is in northern VA.

VA seems to be a dead zone aside from Richmond but that's a good 2 1/2 hour drive for me.
