So i've recently got my Ego-C 1100mah battery.
And i'm not quite sure on how to charge it, nor how to know if it is charging.
So here are the things"
1.When i plug in my battery in the USB Charger, it start's to blink non-stop, and the Charger's light is glowing red AND green, what the hell?
2. Then i screw it abit left or right, it stop's to blink, and doesn't emit any light or anything. Or the light on the battery turn's on and stay's like that. (But sometimes after staying on, it start's to blink non-stop again).
3. Also, do i have to charge it while the battery is on, or off?
So can anyone tell me, how does it properly have to look while charging the battery? Must it be always on (The battery)? Or anything else?

Hi and welcome to the ECF. Great place for learning and sharing info.

When you plug it in the battery will flash maybe 20 times and start to charge. The light on the battery will turn on and stay on until the charge is almost done. At about 7/8 charged, the light on the battery will go out and remain out for the duration of the charge.

You will see the red light on the charger remain red at all times, but the light on the charger adapter (the one that you screw into the battery) will flash green every second or so during charging - it will go steady green when the charging is done. The green flash will get quicker as the battery charges.

There is no user manual for these batteries and I can see how it's frustrating, but so long as you have a red light on the charger and a red with green flashes on the USB adapter, your battery is charging. An 1100 mAh battery can take several hours to charge by the way, especially if you plugged it into a computer. Use a wall charger for faster charging.

I had the same issue when I first bought my spinners a few months back, confused me as I had never seen anything charge like that before.

You're quite welcome XTH. :vapor:

Huh... The Charger stays red, adapter too. But the Battery just keeps blinking without stopping. Maybe i'll try to record it for better understanding.

Erm...don't do that, your cat needs you...

Yep, it sounds like you have a bad battery. You can try to return it, but it looks like you'll have to get another sir.

With that charger it will stop charging when the battery is full. I suppose if there is a fault with the charger it could over-charge, but I'd say that is highly unlikely. That is not what is happening in this case I don't think. Sorry XTH...

Not to worry anymore good sir!
They replaced my battery, and it's charging like it should (Or atleast how you said it should lol)
The Charger stays red, with the green light blinking alittle and the battery isn't blinking. My life is saved, so is my cat!
