Hi Dee. There's really no "latest and best." It depends on you vaping style, preferences, and how much work are you willing to do, if any? There are great pods, AIOs, tanks with drop-in coils, RBAs of several kinds, etc.

As for your question... 2020 has been good for the mod market. There are too many good mods released every week it's hard to answer that question. Have a look around and look at some reviews and ask a few questions in the reviewers forums. You'll get some good answers there.
