You're doing it right. When you first quit, just keep sucking on that vape! You'll keep your nic level nice and constant, and not crave cigs. That device in my glove box, it's an oldie but a GOODIE. It is variable voltage, and has no battery, just feeds off the USB plug so it ALWAYS works. Just in case you are out and about, and a battery or tank dies.
You can buy them here:
eGo Variable voltage USB pass-through
Another inexpensive safety back up is a good old fashioned 510 drip atomizer. You just put a drip tip on it, and you can drip 3 or 4 drops of liquid at a time in it. No wick to change, nothing to fill, and you can change flavors CONSTANTLY.. Very nice to have too, for tasting new purchases, or testing juices at a brick & mortar. MUCH nicer than the junk they supply. Just under $1 each, this is old skool, how we ALWAYS used to vape back in the day. I still use them daily, as I like to change flavor often. Tanks to me, are for out in the car. Put one of those USB pass thru's, a couple of these 510 atty's, and a bottle of juice in the car and you will NEVER find yourself without a vape. SO important, since brick & mortar stores are still hard to come by, especially after business hours.
