Just thought id drop a hello in here.

Looking to get some real advice about do's and donts on the ecig front. I have purchased the Nucig crap............very disapionted in that product although the juice seems nice.

Do:
Buy a Joye Ego from CigNot... Long battery, great vapor.
Try lots of different flavors to find the right one.
Test different levels of nicotine for the right amount.
Use cartomizers with the condom refill method.

Don't:
Flood your atty or cartomizer.
Try to put crap in the atomizer that doesn't belong there.
Drink the liquid (it's gross)
Smoke analogs anymore.

Welcome to the forum!

Don't know if cignot ships to the UK, but I second the eGo recommendation. I'm sure there is some supplier that will ship to or is in the UK that carries them.

Glad you've joined up and always happy to see folks from the UK here. My heart belongs to a Yorkshire lass.

Cheers!

if you really want to kick your cig habit, literally stomp it out, i suggest you get a 5-6 volt mod and some cartomizers.

OR your can get a 3.7 device like the ego/tornado and get some Low resistance atomizers to imitate a high voltage device. If cartos worked like they do on HV on the ego, i would pick this hands down for anyone making the switch. but because the only way to achieve great vapor is to use Low resistance attys which require dripping or cartridges, i leave this up in the air.

overall though, i still suggest high voltage for the simple reason of running 5-6 volts on cartomizers. Having a device run on cartomizers removes nearly all the hassle from "vaping" and cartomizers at high voltage run produce great vapor, throat hit, and flavor.

the reason i'm pushing high voltage is because normal devices always left me wanting more, and I would occasionally grab an analog and cry about it for a couple of days lols. but a few kicks from a HV and the craves go away

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the advice everyone, i am looking at totally wickeds tornado but the vapour doesnt look that much in some of the vids. That Joye ego is a 510 titan i think..........hmmm having sunk nearly £130 down Nucigs waste of time im concerned i get the right kinda result this time!!! As a result im looking more towards some of your suggestions although i havent come across this cignot so i will research that some.
I did look at the silver bullet on the 3.7 and 6v thang.........that looks a serious piece of kit, and im tempted to go ego \ titan maybe then get into modding some as finance eases..............decisions decisions:unsure:.
Briefly im a 30-40 aday guy, ive made it through the "i wana kill anyone" stage thanks to my first ecig thing but the products failing badly after 2 weeks and im falling back on analogs to substitute. So i need good vapour, good batt time, and a hit.

Once again thanks for the friendly welcome and advice, glad i registered:D

I smoked about the same amount as you are and I started at 24-26mg nic. I'm down to 18mg for most of the time but I do kick it back up to 24-26 when I feel on edge. No matter device you decide on be sure and get MANUAL batts! YOU will thank us all later for that recommendation ;)

BTW-Congrats and good luck! and ask questions if you need an answer. someone will pop in and will get you on the right track.

You're right, the totally wicked tornado is the same as the eGo. It really produces very good vapour, even on a regular atty. I'm sitting here vaping some cheap chinese liquid on my eGo and the vapour is very, very good. Add a LR atty and the vapour is extremely good. I find the LR atty's to produce a vapour that is almost too harsh for me, but many love it.

Don't let the youtube vid's totally shape your perception. You don't always see how good the vapour is in a video. Trust me it is substantial.

Don't get me wrong, the eGo/tornado is not enough voltage to produce good results on cartomizers (in my opinion, others feel it is) but with a modified cart, or dripping, it really is very good.

If you have the money to spend and want to get a higher voltage mod then I'm sure you'll be quite happy with it. I don't think it is totally necessary and I don't think you'll be disappointed with a Tornado.

Good luck.

This is my favorite Tornado video review ever!!. You should watch his other review of one of the less desirable e cigs also. He got the other one first, then he got the Tornado. Anyway, enjoy :)

Hahaha, that guy is awsome..............his green cig review looks as bad as this nucig im going through.
Ive decided to go titan for the moment as soon as i get paid in fact.........but in the meantime im purchasing a USB pass through that fits a blu cig thats made for a 510 that should fit my nucig..............(deep intake of breath.........reads that back to see if it makes sense). I figure if i bypass the auto batts that last 20 mins max for a button powered gizmo i might survive NOT going back to a real ciggy until i can sort out the titan...................ahh the hastle involved is mind blowing however im not giving up.... giving up:blink:
