So I've been cig free for abt 10 days. Bought a couple spinners and haven't looked back. I'm a 33 yr old work at home mom w two small children. After a recent health scare I decided enough was enough, I smoked menthol for 15 years. Transitioning was actually a lot easier than I anticipated, I don't miss the tobacco taste like I thought I would. What I DID NOT expect was this to be somewhat of an obsession! I want to stockpile delicious juices!! MBV has just arrived and buggies are filling up on other sites as we speak. I'm quickly becoming bored with these spinners too, all this charging is for the birds. I'm considering a K100 or 101 until I make the ProVari jump. Anyways, glad to be here...site is kicka$$ and filled with vape knowledge I plan to soak up:)

Welcome to the forum and congrats. I have a k101, and although its a decent mod I wouldn't recommend it. It's just too heavy and the switch sucks. Spend a few more bucks and get a magneto or a clone.

Thanks thunder! Isn't the magneto pretty big? I need something I can fit in my pocket. I love all the clones and have considered an HCigar but they all look so MANLY! Lol

Welcome Vapnstitchr and rangerrobin! This really is a great place to be. As far as upgrades go, why not start with a simpler APV? Many people move up to a VV3 or MVP2 and find they don't really need to move on (although dreaming of toys is dangerously tempting). I started with non-variable batteries and bought both the VV3 and MVP and they are great. I've also heard that people find a noticeable difference between a spinner and just a VV3, for what it's worth. Also, what tank or cart are you using?

Last, if you're like me with flavors--and it sounds like you are--stay away from the E-Liquid Discussion forum...

Welcome aboard!

Hey Count thanks for the tips. I've almost gotten that vv3 but didn't know if it would be any better than the spinners. I hear great things abt that MVP but no way I can do that box style. Right now I have a few glass smok tanks and an evod (crap IMO). I'm not ready to go fully mechanical but I want something that will last all day long on one charge if possible. And I have been all over the e liquid forum lol it's my fave place. I, like many others am on the hunt for the best custard juice. I wish MVB had a really good custard. Can't beat those prices. I want to try Five pawns, AIV, the standard, and Nicoticket. I have tried all the local juice within an hr from my house...all junk:(

I was hesitant about the box shape of the MVP as well. However, what I found is that it's a great battery to have while working at home. It sits on the desk within easy reach (of course!), but it stands easily and keeps your bottom coils wet rather than having to put the stick down on its side or be afraid that it will topple over and break your tank. At 2600 mah it goes all day and then some. At $40 (from 101vape.com), there's not much better out there, price-wise. I use the MVP at home and the VV3 when I go out.

As far as tanks go, I agree with you on the standard Evod. For cheap plastic tanks, I prefer the T3S/MT3S--holds more than the Evod and has an easier draw to it. I've never tried the Smok glass tanks although I've heard good things. I'm currently testing out the Evod Glass which (despite the name) is actually not bad.

Custards are hard to find. I have one on order from Velvet Cloud Vapor that I have high hopes for (the flavors from my last order were amazing!). It's a little pricey, but if it's good. On the cheaper side, I hear that Lucky 7 Vapes is good, but I have yet to order from them (been blowing my money on Velvet Cloud--yikes!). I'm also fortunate to have quite few B&Ms around. Some are better than others, but it sure is fun to go taste testing.

At 2600 mah I may be able to get over the bulkiness of that box lol. And you are so right abt the stability of it, that's my biggest problem w these spinners. I like the glass tanks but it def makes them top heavy and I already have a cracked tank.

I will have to check out Velvet Cloud I don't know if I've seen them yet. Have you had CLS or CB? Lots of ppl love it, it's def on my wish list. I couldn't resist and just ordered another round from MBV, repeats of the first order Hawk Sauce and Moo Juice. I also got thug juice, butterscotch, and extreme ice. Within 2 hrs I received an email stating the status had changed to shipped! That is crazy fast!
