ahh but that is not true of everyone -- there are many many budget shoppers here and when you start buying multiples of juice - those few bucks start adding up quick
hmmm hhv $13 - 30 ml fancee $19.99 - 30 ml aiv $16 - 30 ml -- now fancee and aiv are much smaller vendors than hhv so you have to take that into account also btw ave $16.30 - 30 ml ahlusion $16 - 30 ml
so i buy about 8 juices from hhv and i save at least $24 almost enough for 2 more 30 ml --- may not mean much for you but hey i'm a cheap yankee so it means a lot to me plus my cost for cigarettes is $8 and i find that outrageous
so why do i also buy from the others ?? i buy what i like plain and simple -- i just do not buy as much is all
I completely agree with your response. But once shipping cost exceeds $60.00 it doesn't matter much.

My point was that they are not that cheap that they couldn't do a *little* more. Even 10ml juice would cost them less than 1$ to include.
A 1.5 - 3.5 ml sample wouldn't hurt and a decent lable would be only a few cents - less in bulk.

I doubt once you put all this into account either AiV or FJ makes more profit than HHV (as you stated HHV is bigger too).
I am sure there is *something* they can do with their shipping that makes me feel appreciated and special as a customer like AiV or FJ.

yeah ... i can see your point ... i guess they just feel their juice speaks for itself and i have to agree -- i do not know the costs involved in this sort of thing so it might be a few cents or more so you are talking to clueless here and i do not know the costs of each operation but i think when you are smaller it is easier to be more personal --- although i have not ordered from fancee and probably will not (just not interested in her juice selection) but i have from aiv and i will say they do know how to do up their juice -- it is not why i order from them though

Yeah - you are absolutely correct - it is the Juice and ONLY the juice that really matters. I wouldn't order from a vendor - regardless how pretty the packaging is - if the juice wasn't top notch.
But I WILL order from HHV again and again because the juice is great.
Just spoilt by having both in one with AiV and FJ. They just get it all absolutly right!
Thank you for clarifying the born date - not really a concern - just mentioned it as a lovely little touch as it does at "value" to the product from a consumers perspective to have that little piece of paper included!
When Gandalf steeps it turns into the infamous "Cherrydalf". A very deep rich cherry flavor comes out after a two week steep. With dark horse it doesn't change much other than it sweetens up and has a nice natural honey banana taste(to me at least).
Heathers juices have a strange way of completely turning into complex explosions of unbelievably unique blends of flavors. I haven't vaped the others yet but I have a bottle of PB steeping.

Yes - I can't wait for them to steep - but every few days I will drip a bit to witness the transformation and evolution!
Filled a tank of Gandalf when it arrived and been chain vaping since.
Funny - I can no longer taste the tobacco (my tastebuds must have gone tired of it)
All I taste now is a wonderful dry spicy cocoa! Like the dust when you bake a real chocolate cake!

I forgot to mention that chocolate/coco taste completely vanishes when it steeps for a while. To me I get a deep rich, sweet, slightly spicy tobacco with a sweet cherry note...other flavors come out depending on your taste buds. My sister tastes black tea. But it will be fine sneeking bits of Gandalf because the cherrydalf sneaks up on you fast. The changes will seem subtle but out of nowhere the white wizard will be there.
Btw, I'm a huge AiV fan. And HHV and AiV supply my two main vapes, Zombie Apocalypse and Gandalf. I couldn't choose between them if my life depened on it. Hehe. BTW If you like fruit vapes Black and Blue is out of this world.

If fancy packaging and freebies are what you need, HHV isn't going to be for you. There's no point in complaining about it, they aren't going to change.

I was giving honest feedback on my first impression compared to other deliveries I got.

I stated numerous times the juice is incredible - even before it had time to steep.
This feedback is simply about first impressions. Not intended to offend anyone.
I have been smoking HHV since it arrived and got 3 flavours in rotation.
Don't think I often vape as much as today really!

For me, I dont want HHV concentrating on anything else except the juice. I have tried alot of juice in many price ranges, and this is just about the best I have had. I am on a vaping budget. Every time I save a few bucks on juice I can buy more cartos, tanks, etc.
This is some seriously top shelf juice, and at 13 bucks it is, frankly, suprising. For me....Please, NO fancy boxes or packageing !

I know, this juice has single handedly upped my ml per day. I simply cant put it down.
For me if I am not happy with customer service or communication I don't care how good the juice is.
The vendors I order from know that after the initial order I usually order the entire range in the largest bottlle available. And I do that regulary as only a small percentage remains with me. We all order together and we enjoy our new pleasure.
Sometimes the juice is great and it could be ADV.
But if the customer service or communication does not make me feel appreciated the first order will be my last order.
Especially if follow up conversation is less than satisfactory - especially when there are no complaints and only praise!
The vendor will know - because if everything is great I will order again. If not they blew their opportunity.
Sorry if this sounds stuck up or arrogant but with the delightful variety of fabulous vendors in this industry I don't care how good the juice is.
There are more vendors than I could ever try or intend to try. I want two or three solid vendors where I am an individual and not a number. Many vendors like the ones I have praised earlier (AiV or FJ) are more than willing to do that.
That is where we will spend our coin - and we invest substantially in our new found habit.
It is really the little things that matter. Even something as small as a kind word or a thoughtful response!
