Been smoking for 15 years, 50 cigs a day, stopped on June 5,2019 3pm. I crossed 1 month no cigarettes only vaping around 12 ml eliquid a day.

Nice. I stopped almost exactly 1 year earlier. You'll soon start to see major improvements...
