50 per day is pretty intensive smoking so dropping to zero is a fine achievement. Well done that man/woman (delete as applicable).

I was going through 2 packs of death per day myself, so great job on making this switch and sticking it out for a month. Hopefully you are starting to feel the benefits (your bank account will see some soon enough too). I am curious what gear and juice you got to start.
Hi , I started with smok nord for 1st week, later switched to aegis legend with aero tank, I'm using grape drank 6mg and uncle junks smooth classic tobacco 12mg, I have few other e liquids I switch sometimes
Vaping took away my 2 PAD cigarette habit back in 2010. Once I realized that the vape was all I needed I finished the last pack and never bought another. I haven't had a desire to smoke since.
