are dg and sz refering to warehouse's i think they are abbreviations for areas in China!

Have you tried contacting them? or using their online order tracking feature?

Hopefully you will get assistant but will be 4 or 5 hours as it's early hours of the morning in China, failing that click on the tag and start a conversation directly

if you click on the following:

and then choose start a conversation then when they come online they should give you assistant normally get more help dealing with forum representative than other means.
