Pretty sure you are gonna have to get this approved, since it's pretty much the same thing as linking to an external reviewer blog. See Contact ECF Staff - ECF InfoZone specifically the ECF Reviewers Manager section:
"No links are allowed to unregistered review sites or blogs. You can register your site by contacting the Reviewers Manager." Make contact there and submit whatever URL's you are intending to post to see if you need to be registered for your purposes.
