I'm new to vaping. I got an ego T starter kit. I am trying to avoid cigs altogether. I'm wondering if anyone here has gone through a heart attack and gone on to use these? Beginning of the year I had a bad one. I eventually went back to the stupid cigs eventually. I've been a closet smoker for nearly six months, but since getting this haven't smoked one for two days now.

It would be best to discuss this with your doctor, hopefully they are educated on e-cigs and harm reduction. Your e-cig has to be somewhat better than smoking, but the nicotine does effect circulation, and the doc knows best.

I know my cardiologist will be livid if he ever finds out. It seems the lesser of two evils so to speak. I hope to be at 0 nicotine within 6 months.
