I bought a kr808d-1 about a week ago and am pretty happy with it, other than the fact that I couldn't get any nicotine carts for it. Monday I ordered some 24mg juice from down east and it should be here in about a week. Thank *****, cause I am sick of sucking on these nicorette inhalers.

I wasn't sure what strength juice to get so I just got the strongest they had in 4 different flavours. I figured if it was too strong I could weaken it down with pg or vg. both very easy to find, London Drugs for PG, just called tonight at quarter to five and she said it will be in tomorrow and Community Natural Foods for the VG, 473ml bottle of 100% pure and says "the vegetable glycerin contained in this product is considered food grade". Anyway, I was smoking hand rollies with no filter so I figured the highest strength would be ok.

I think vaping has become my latest hobby... I already have some LR 510 carts and an adaptor that came in the mail today and mixed up some VG and food flavoring to try them out. They are working nicely and since I like blowing smoke rings, the thick vg smoke is right up my alley.

Well, I guess I'll call that my first e-cig post and say good night.

Good night.

Welcome Steve and congrats on making the switch to vaping! I too think you'll be happy with 24 mg juice to start off with. I started with 24 mg five weeks ago (analog free for exactly one month today!) and I felt like it really cut down on analog cravings. I find 24 mg too high now (I like a milder throat hit) but it's not like I can't handle higher strengths, I just prefer around 12-18 mg.

Vaping has definitely become my new hobby and obsession!! Can't stop reading all the posts on here - I learn something new every day. I also can't stop ordering juices, but I'm sure that will slow down eventually!
