So Cal
I ordered a 902 Easy Manual Kit from CigEasy.com a few days ago and have been "vaping" now for going on 5 days.

Anyway, I also ordered some DIY cartomizers, along with some mint "juice" and this is where my question comes in.

When you refill the KR808D carts, if you push the rubber washer in too far, could this cause problems? For instance, with it pushed all the way in against the polyfill, I am not getting much vapor at all.

If I back it out a bit, and push it in just to the point where it clears the white cap, it seems to work better.

This whole problem stems from the fact that CigEasy.com supplies two different types of washers, it seems. One has a big hole in the middle of it, and the ones I got (with the DIY's) have a little tiny hole in the middle. So what's the difference? Anyone?

The cartomizers i have are the ones with the bigger hole in the rubber piece. I just push them in a little ways and then cover them with the outer white cover.

Have you checked out the easy refill video yet ?

It's amazing..and you don't have to take out the rubber piece or the cover to refill. Works very well. I'll see if i can find it and post it here.

What I do with my cartomizers is when they are empty or I am using blank ones I leave the 2 or 1 (depending on cartomizer) washers off and use a steel tip from Super T.

This makes it a lot easier to refill and gives a great vape.
