Bro as a smoker and vaping 0 nic is tough for a start. I rather you vape with some nic than to use analogs to sooth your cravings. I am also a beginner but a senior in analogs haha.

Low nic is 12 mg?? I m not sure what is mine, how we check that if no labels???

I think that depends on your personal preference. Some may consider 12mg high, some may consider 18mg low. But generally 1-12mg would be low, 12-18mg moderate and 18-36mg high.

If there are no labels then best bet is to check with your supplier. It is important to know what you are vaping so you don't overdose frequently while chain vaping.
