The liquid sure is legit but the device isnt.. :D

correct me if i'm wrong,

i recall reading somewhere that they were only against conventional cigarette look-alike e-cigs.

devices like ego batts & APV's are okay ... i remember from what i read from that post ...

it was legal to vape but illegal to sell ... plus i also heard that Janty had plans to setup shop in SG ...

so blur ... blur like sotong liao ...

Correcting you..Every pt u mention is wrong/illegal.

Have you seen ProVari/GGTS and such over at HSA on Display?? Those dont look like anything like a analog ciggy..

It was never legal to vape..Maybe you can argue there's no rule say it's illegal to vape but how would u vape without a e-ciggy? Possession of that device is illegal to start off with and importing it in is wrong as well.

Janty open shop?? Someone must have snook you badly my friend..This aint gonna happen..

After all the above my friend, do anything but dont get caught..IF you so suay happen to be caught, do standby $5k...

Local Vape Haven
hello everyone! I am new to this forum, and hoping to learn more and important things about vaping.
btw, i gt my virgin cigarette style ecig from the pushcart chain store posted on earlier posts.
Their price is indeed high, and bought only the cheaper alternative, 100RM for 2 EC Budget with one free box of catridge.
well...shouldnt have tried, their atomizer basically gets overburnt very easily.

and....yes...the store i bought from has 2 pretty gals, probably that is why my bro and I bought them in the first place. LOL

Prohibition on imitation tobacco products

In Singapore, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are currently prohibited under Secion 16 (1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, which is enforced by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). This legislation prohibits the importation, distribution, sale or offer for sale of any confectionery or other food product or any toy or other article that is designed to resemble a tobacco product or the packaging of which is designed to resemble the packaging commonly associated with tobacco products. HSA takes a serious view on any person who contravenes the law. Those guilty of the offence are liable to a fine of up to $5, 000 upon conviction.

More information on the health risks of e-cigarettes can be found at HPB's website at: Get the Facts Right! Learn More about Tobacco Products - Health Promotion Board Singapore

Should you have any information on the import or sales of such electronic smoking products in Singapore, you may report to the Tobacco Regulation Branch at Tel: 6684 2036/2037 or Email: hsa_info@hsa.gov.sg
