Grats!!! Cartomizers are super for keeping your favorite flavors separate. The most popular cartos in 510-threaded devices are Boge. With Ego can can use any of the Boge - the standard 2.8-3.2 resistance are warm, the LR 2.0 ones are hotter and use battery charge faster (heat enhances hit), and if you can find them there are medium 2.5ohm ones. With these cartos I recommend thin juices, 20% or less VG, and juices that are light and clear and leave little or no flavoring sediment will help each carto last longer. Cartos are disposable (a few people succeed in cleaning and drying them to get more reuse). I can get a week of good use or more out of a Boge (that is 2 weeks or more for me because I alternate a pair). I use the standard resistance so I can share the cartos with my slim manual 510's (slim batteries can be damaged by LR low resistance).
I've heard tanks like 20-30% VG juices though thinner 50/50's might work. 100% PG will work but may be more prone to leak.
