Well my wife has been asking me to quit smoking for years. I smoked Marlboro reds for 30 years at 1 pack a day. For the last couple of weeks I have been thinking about the ecigs. I finally bought on of the Blu disposables last week. I liked it but it sure didn't last long. I bought a couple more but the cost was just too high. Yesterday I went to a local dealer in San Antonio and bought the T2 CC Cartomizer starter Kit. I haven't had an analog cigarette since Saturday morning. Just had to finish off the pack. So far no problems. I don't even miss my old cigs anymore. My wife is happy about me quitting. I just need to find the right flavored liquid for me.

Your happy ending is such an inspiration to me. I have smoked for about 22 years.
Things were going good this morning until it hit. The worst headache I've had for a looooong time. I think the nic level is too much. It's at 18mg. I guess I was vaping too much and getting too much nicotine. Any suggestions?
There are two types of liquid I have personally vaped, propylene glycol based and vegetable glycerin... There are a few people who are sensitive to propylene glycol... An idea is to try a few different vendors... Expensive but familiar is Johnson creek smoke juice, who's liquid is used to fill Blu cigs... They have 100% vegetable glycerin liquid. Others like my favorite, altcig.com tend to use a bit of both for perfect vapor production... Gotvapes.com is a great place for all the newest hardware (the Phoenix bottoms coils are amazing) good luck and welcome!

I've been having some headaches as well, but nothing I'd call a migraine. I just chug more water and it usually passes quickly. I vote water too.
It's been a little over a month since I started vaping. I've had no cravings for regular cigs. My breathing is better and the headaches haven't bothered me in a while. The T2 setup I'm using is great. I did go out and buy the iTaste VV and love it. I don't use the tanks that came with it much but got a mini vivi nova. The setup is a little long but I mainly use it while at the house or in my office at work. Being the boss has it's perks.

Great going! I like my Vivi for when I'm out but while in my home office and around home I love to an atty. I use a Wyvern and a Phoenix.
Attys seem to give a much better flavor though you may be annoyed by the dry/burn hit if you time your dripping wrong.
