A quick update:::
After keeping all of your suggestions in mind I still could not get over the idea I needed a cig look alike. I decided to go with the joyetech eroll with the pcc. I got it today and tested it out and I felt really good about my choice. Hopefully it'll keep me off the butts!

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and would like to say hello.

I stumbled upon this site while searching for information on e cigarettes and would like to know more about them.

There is so much information on here I don't even know where to start.

The kind of ecig I'd be interested in is one that looks and feels like a cigarette and is fully automatic. I am a smoker and have tried to quit in the past so I am hoping that I can find something to break me of my nasty habit.

Also, in my searches I have seen a lot on picking a 'strength' of nicotine. How do I know what to pick?
