I decided to give a higher VG % a go on my ego innokin clearomiser ,as I think I might be one of the few who react to high PG %. I received my order for some today 20% PG, 80% VG and 18 % nic level its lovely feels a lot smoother on the throat and hopefully over time my mucussy throat and tight chest will clear up as well.I had a dose of psoriasis recently, itchy rash and after some research found that is a common side effect of PG for some people I really like Maui sunrise and apple sometimes, I mix them together, also got banana its a bit of an odd taste but hopefully will grow on me. I don't bother with so called tobacco flavors now. Long as I get a good hit im happy. For me its about getting as far from cigarettes as possible. This Saturday its 6 months off the dreaded coffin nails ,fags or analogues . (-:

Congratulations and welcome to the forum! That's interesting news about the psoriasis - I recently changed to a higher PG ratio in my juice and I've been having a wicked psoriasis flare-up. I'll have to go back to the higher VG and see if it helps any. Where did you hear about it? Thanks!

Ive been on here a while seem to be stuck in new members forum ? . Second day on 20% PG 80% VG , it does seem nice to vape , smoother on the throat. And my tight chest is feeling less tight today. I have been coughing up a bit more mucus, though its not that yuccy yellow or green color so that's good. I do seem to hammer my vaporiser a bit when im not busy .I start a new job in a couple of weeks so that will limit my use a bit.
