Hi! And hopefully there's a solution the problem I have with my DNA 200

Hey everyone! I just got my Lavabox today and it was working perfectly fine earlier. I changed some of the settings and made profiles and uploaded the settings to my device and it worked fine. However out of nowhere, I can't change between profiles anymore. I was doing it earlier fine, before I started using eScribe. Anyways if anyone could help me out with this it's really bugging me. I don't think I messed with any settings that would turn that option off or anything. Happy vaping!

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried contacting your vendor for some advice?
I'm sure someone here may be able to help you....

I learned a long time ago when I bricked my Evic not to use any vape related upgrade software or any vape software on my comp. I never did find a solution to why my evic bricked or a fix.
