Hello to all!!!!

Just started with the 510, 7 days ago, at it has worked well for me thus far, Although have not quite managed stop all the smokes at this moment. was on about 26 a day and now down to about 8 or 9 a day. I think if I put a little more effort into it, I could could drop that number bay about 2 or 3 so down to about 5 or 6 a day. But I have light the weed for almost 40 years without a break to speak of, so it's quite hard for me. But I have found it to be the most effective system as yet, for me anyway.

But I am more than sure this is going to happen. just need to get my head a little more straight.

Try to focus on the nastiness of an analog, and the fact that it really isn`t any more satisfying than vaping when you do in fact have one. That`s what I did the 1st day I got my PV, and it seemed to work. I compared the 2 and realized that I wasn`t missing much. I had one analog a week or so ago, because I couldn`t vape, but have no desire to have another.

Yet again I see the Sheeple paranoia about things people don’t understand. I have been learning a lot about this idiotic world over the past 2 or 3 years from globalism, to banks, governments right or left wing, and the ongoing cover-ups and misinformation about this world we live in. that’s why I call this world the MATRIX! Nevertheless, this silly perception train roles on and on. Now we see mass brainwashing and misdirected assumptions about this E-smoke thing. Firstly it’s NOT SMOKE. In the conventional respect we associate with smoking a cigarette. It visually resembles the act of smoking, but that’s about where it ends. The fact remains any ban on smoking is directly connected to the act of lighting up and smoking a conventional tobacco based stimulant like a cigarette, pipe, cigar or similar.
other aspects! why can't I post anything on any other parts of this site? Says I don't have permission. what good is that?

An E-cigarette is based upon oil and water, and the exhaust exhaled is not the result of burned tobacco, it merely appears to mimic this event. This is hardly any different than using a respirator device for aiding someone suffering from Asthma or some other respiratory disorder. Vapour can be witnessed being exhaled from the individuals mouth. But I am more than sure if one were to use one of these devices within say an airport or other normally redistricted area for smokers, nothing would be said or done. Having said this, due to the fact the device we use only resembles remotely the size and shape of a cigarette, and we exhale a mist, which sheeple associate with burned tobacco, they move to act on an ( incorrect assumption) this is some form or cigarette, which in the correct sense it’s not! As a result, the effects of mass often incorrect public opinion kick in, along with the media propaganda machine reinforcing this often over played and grossly exaggerated claims about smoking and it’s effects to passive sheeple start generate complaints.

The fact remains it’s not illegal to use one of these devices in almost any public area, therefore it’s an individuals choice whether they bow to mass hysteria and false assumptions, or remain an educated individual who has the freedom to act and say what they know or believe. After all, they are exercising their rights to act, and say false assumptions, should we not also act and educate those of a less educated mind. ?

You just don't have enough posts yet, keep responding to everyones hello's and you;ll get enough to post elsewhere :)
Someone else on this forum said to look at it like changing brands, this helped for me as well as upping my nic level, I only had to up the level for 3 days constanly now I vape a few different strenths throughout the day at times like the morning and after meals I'm at 24mg, the rest of the time 18mg and in the evenings when I used to smoke almost one after another I have gone down to 12mg, seems to help, keep up the good work and don't beat yourself up about having one now and then eventually you won't want to anymore :)

awesome welcome to the forum. For me it was easy to make the switch from smoking to vaping but for my husband it took him about three weeks before he was analog free. he did as you did and limited the amount of analogs he smoked a day!!worked like a charm! the most important thing is that you are trying!
