Hi Another newbie! just ordered the Atlantis tank with Istick 30w???

Hey I'm still new to vaping, about a month! No more disgusting analogs! I've been using just your basic ego set ups but just ordered my first big girl vape!! After I researched and talked to people for days and days I decided the atlantis and istick 30w was the best for me! Originally I was just gonna jump right to the 50w but from what people were saying the 30w came out on top! The majority said the sweet spot for atlantis was anywhere between 18w and 24w depending on personal preference! Just wanted to hear some opinions in this forum, since I'm new here!

I guess it depends on the juice you use, but I see a lot of people running the Atlantis at 25-35 watts. I personally run mine at 30 watts. They work good with a high VG juice, like 50% or higher, and low nicotine, 6mg/ml or lower. Good luck.

Atlantis is a perfect starter point for you to join the big leagues, congrats on finally getting with the big toys, on my own experience i max out on the atlantis at probably 24w. the istick should do the job for you, both items are pretty nice, and seem to work nicely together.

Thanks everyone! What do you suggest I Start out with? I mean when it comes in tomorrow and I have it ready to go, remember I'm new so I don't want to turn it on all the way up and start coughing up my lungs cause it's too harsh! Lol should I go around 15 and work my way up from there?

Yeah just tart out low and work your way up, everyone has their own preference along with certain juices. I'm actually waiting on the atlantis myself, hopefully I get it tomorrow.

I run mine off of the CF Mod, 4.2 v = 35 Watts 3.7 v = 27 Watts, gets a little weak by the end of the battery for me, I can always tell my battery is going before the led changes to let me know that it's low. Be sure you step down your nicotine with the Atlantis. I was using 18 mg with my Kanger Aero prior, now 6 mg with the Atlantis. Good luck and it sounds like you did great research!

P.S. I tried mine out on a box mod, and anything above 35 w tasted bad to me!

I just got my Atlantis tonight with an Aspire Sub Ohm battery, which was an upgrade from a Protank 2. My first vape with it caught me off guard and I started coughing pretty hard. I would think 15 watts and restricting the airflow will help. I will probably have to lower my nic level to 3 mg, I like to chain vape and 6 mg is giving me a slight buzz. From what I have read, 50/50 3 mg juice seems to work well with this tank.

I bought the upgrade to 5 ml and I am glad I did. I have already vaped half the juice 7 hours.

I also got the 5ml tank upgrade in a few days ago, so much nicer. I loved the Atlantis, but hated refilling it all the time.
