Hi Keith it's John here. David has been incredibly busy and has not had the time to even login to the forum.
I have kept an eye on it when I can and appreciate your concerns. Despite the first batch samples being excellent, when the first production batch was launched there was
some inconsistency which could not have been predicted. We have found the solution and have also adjusted the flavours so that the Rich and Mild
are a nice tobacco flavour without the menthol overtones. We have also introduced an extra flavour, Regular, which is as near to the standard cart flavour as is possible
and which has quite a kick to it. The Fresh was okay and is ideal for diy flavouring and the Menthol has had the flavour strengthened. We have been testing random samples from our new batches
and all seems to be well. Producing liquid from scratch is an extremely painstaking operation and has taken us 6 months of research and development as the chemistry involved is complex.
It sounds easy on the DIY pages but the recipes there all use a ready made base with nicotine; creating that base is the hard part and maybe explains why there are so few manufacturers outside of China. We were determined to achieve our goal and are proud to be leading the way again in this field; we are pioneers and have to overcome all the obstacles and problems that we encounter, but we are commited to continue investing in the business to make it better for everyone. We are never afraid to venture into the unknown in order to make progress even though it is not always easy. We still have major plans and projects on the go and intend being around for a long time as a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer.
For anyone who has bought ECOpure Rich, Tobacco or Menthol and have found it not to their liking, we will be offering a replacement free of charge as soon as our new batches have been released.
All they need to do is send an email to
john@intellicig.com stating their order number and they will receive their replacement.
I used to post on the forum under the name of Shining Wit but haven't re-registered since we became paid up members; I shall do so and hopefully I will be able to answer some of the questions that come up. We have all been so busy developing the business as quickly as possible to cater for the volume of orders coming in and we now have main suppliers with websites in France, Greece, Poland, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria, Namibia, Malaysia, Malta and the UK with more interest each day. We have taken on and trained new staff and are still recruiting more this week. Maybe one day I will be able to retire and spend my days lazing on my rowing boat on the canal!;-)
